About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Gas Engineer to join our client's team in Kent. As a key member of the facilities management team, you will be responsible for performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on commercial gas systems and appliances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform PPM and reactive repairs on commercial gas systems and appliances.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently to minimize disruptions at client sites.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on all projects.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation, including safety certificates and service reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service, building strong client relationships.
Requirements
  • Valid commercial gas qualifications (COCN1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1, etc.).
  • Experience in a similar role within facilities management (FM), servicing a variety of commercial sites.
  • Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, and commercial gas systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
