Job Title:

Commercial Gas Engineer

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, is seeking a skilled Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team in the South East region.

Job Summary:

To complete maintenance and reactive repairs on gas equipment and associated plant on various sites within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Completing Statutory inspection of gas appliances on site and associated plant
  • Complete reactive repairs on gas appliances on site and associated plant
  • Overseeing Annual maintenance of Gas Network across the group
  • Annual auditing of Gas maintenance of all site venues on contract
  • Ensure all gas certification is up to date
  • Assist on other jobs within skill set around site as needed

Ensure a professional image of CBRE is presented to clients and visitors, and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and promoted at all times.

Requirements:
  • CCN1, CEN1, COCN1, CCCN1, CIGA1, CDGA, CIGA, COMCAT
  • Years Experience in a similar Role
  • Experience on working on large commercial boilers
  • Experience on work on Direct fired AHU's
  • Experience on commercial catering gas a bonus
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Organised and disciplined approach to work giving careful attention to detail
  • Computer literate - Word, Excel
Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence (required)
  • Gas Certifications (required)
