About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Student Support Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Student Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with varying additional needs, providing guidance and mentorship to help them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing therapeutic techniques to support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs
  • Providing one-to-one support to students, building trust and rapport, and mentoring them through turbulent situations
  • Working closely with on-site therapists and psychologists to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Collaborating with class teachers to ensure seamless support and guidance for students
