At Arcus Solutions, our sanitation team plays a crucial role in our operations. We are currently seeking a part-time In-store Sanitation Specialist to join our team. This position offers 18 hours of work per week with a competitive hourly wage.

Our stores operate throughout the week, and we provide a variety of shift options, including early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, with weekend availability. The typical shift schedule for this role includes:

Sunday: 07:00-10:00

Monday: 05:30-08:30

Tuesday: 05:30-08:30

Wednesday: Day Off

Thursday: 05:30-08:30

Friday: 05:30-08:30

Saturday: 05:30-08:30

There are also opportunities for additional hours through overtime.

As a member of the Arcus sanitation team, you will take pride in ensuring that our supermarkets are clean and safe for all patrons. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing cleaning equipment
  • Conducting comprehensive cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Occasionally cleaning restrooms, surfaces, ceilings, windows, and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintaining outdoor areas, including trolley bays, ensuring they are free from debris.
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Arcus Solutions will provide you with thorough training to support your success in this role.

What You Will Need:

While prior cleaning experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to cleanliness.

A positive approach to sanitation and customer service.

Please note that you will need to have a smartphone capable of accessing our Arcus Connect App for time and attendance tracking, which is a requirement for employment.
