Position Overview

The Project Operations Manager will oversee and manage strategic initiatives across various contracts, ensuring seamless operations and high standards of service delivery.

This role may also encompass mobilization efforts, retention strategies, and other contract-specific tasks, all while striving for maximum efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist site managers in developing and addressing operational projects and challenges.
  • Achieve financial objectives for each project.
  • Ensure compliance with finance, HR, environmental management, and health and safety regulations for all projects.
  • Maintain project timelines, providing constructive support to clients and site teams to meet expectations.
  • Take responsibility for operations or mobilization as needed.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Required Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in site management with a proven track record of delivering outstanding food and service quality.
  • Exceptional customer and client service orientation.
  • Experience in effectively managing teams.
  • Ability to adapt management approaches to optimize team performance.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients, managers, head chefs, and team members.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong financial acumen.
  • Awareness of current trends in the food service industry.

Due to the dynamic nature of our business, the responsibilities of this role may evolve over time, and you may be required to undertake additional tasks that align with your capabilities as directed by management.
