ARC Group is a reputable property maintenance firm dedicated to the upkeep and repair of social housing units. We are currently seeking an External Maintenance Specialist to enhance our team, focusing on both planned and responsive maintenance tasks in Grantham and nearby regions.

As part of the Repairs & Voids Team, you will engage in essential modifications, including adaptations for individuals with disabilities. This position offers a full-time ongoing opportunity with the potential for permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities:
As an External Maintenance Specialist, your duties will include:

- Executing tasks such as concreting (ramp installations), slabbing, and fencing, including gate installations and repairs.

- Ensuring all work is performed safely and professionally, with a strong emphasis on Health and Safety regulations.

- Adhering to our Health & Safety Policy, conducting Risk Assessments, and following Safe Working Practices and COSHH Assessments.

- Maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions with clients and the public.

- Availability for flexible working hours is essential.


Desirable Experience:
We are looking for candidates with:

- Experience in maintenance and repair tasks within occupied residential properties, covering carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, and plastering.

- Proven expertise in managing planned works and repairs.


Qualifications & Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess:

- A demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work consistently.

- A valid full driving license.

- Strong interpersonal and technical skills.

- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
