About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Automated Systems Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Swisslog. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our automated machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of automated equipment, including cranes and other machinery.
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance to ensure quality of output and minimize downtime.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance our maintenance processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues and implement solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Apprentice-trained Electrical or Mechanical Engineer or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with automated machinery is highly desirable, but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
