Join Our Christmas Support Team

We are seeking a temporary and flexible Christmas Support Team Member to join our team at NEXT Retail Ltd. in the run up to Christmas and during our End of Season Sale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide fast and friendly service to customers, helping them find the perfect products
  • Ensure the sales floors are well-organized and easy to shop from
  • Work in various areas of the store, including stockrooms and processing deliveries
  • Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers
  • Be flexible and willing to go the extra mile for your team and customers
Requirements:
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Christmas Eve and the first day of Sale on Friday 27th December
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met.

As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications, and those that match the job criteria closest will be contacted to arrange an initial interview.

Please note that you must not have had an unsuccessful online assessment in the last 6 months to apply for this position.
