Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and flexible individual to join our Christmas Support Team as a Sales Floor Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales floor operations during the busy Christmas period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer fast and friendly service to our customers, helping them to find the perfect products.
  • Keep the sales floors looking fantastic and easy to shop from.
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including stockrooms and processing deliveries.
  • Help get stock to the sales floor as quickly as possible.
  • Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times.
  • Be flexible and supportive, always ready to go the extra mile for your team and our customers.
  • Work independently and keep yourself busy to achieve all performance targets.
