Parts Sales Advisor Job Title:

Unit 1, 3 Sentry Lane, Mallusk, BT36 4XX

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Parts Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team at Network Auto Store Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for advising customers on the parts they need for their vehicles, taking orders, and building long-term relationships with local customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising customers on parts requirements
  • Taking orders in person, over the phone, or by email
  • Building relationships with local customers
  • Checking availability of parts on computerised stock records
  • Ordering parts from suppliers
  • Picking parts from warehouse
  • Sending orders by courier
  • Dealing with payments
  • Raising invoices and issuing receipts
  • Maintaining shelf displays
  • Actively promoting offers and discounts

Requirements:

  • Experience in a motor factors sales or automotive parts environment
  • Technical knowledge of parts and industry standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Competence in Microsoft packages
  • Ability to plan workload and use own initiative
