About the Role

Tetra Tech is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our flood risk and drainage team as a Graduate Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will assist in the delivery of a range of activities, including flood risk solution design, hydraulic modelling, and hydrology assessment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and delivery of flood risk solutions for a diverse range of clients, including private and public sector organisations.
  • Contribute to the development of hydraulic models and hydrology assessments to inform flood risk management strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with senior colleagues to deliver projects in accordance with best practice and client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Requirements
  • Be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant field, such as civil engineering, environmental science, or hydrology.
  • Have a strong understanding of flood risk management principles and practices.
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Have a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a desire to progress your career in flood risk management.
