About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sustainability Consultant or Senior Sustainability Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Sustainability Team, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's commitment to sustainability and environmental excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement energy strategies and sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact and improve building performance.
  2. Conduct building performance simulations, energy use assessments, and thermal comfort analyses to inform design and operational decisions.
  3. Support the development of holistic sustainability strategies and net zero carbon plans for clients.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver environmental assessments, such as BREEAM, WELL, and HQM.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in energy strategies, building regulations, and in-use energy modelling.
  2. Strong knowledge of building performance simulation tools, such as Elmhurst and IES.
  3. Ability to work with industry-leading clients and deliver high-quality results.
  4. Excellent communication and project management skills.
