About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Nursing Associate to join our Endoscopy team at University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures
  • Work collaboratively with clinical endoscopists, gastroenterology consultants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers to promote patient-centered care
  • Participate in training and competency assessment programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of service improvements and quality initiatives
Requirements
  • Foundation Level Degree in Nursing Associate Qualification
  • NMC registered Nursing Associate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including Saturdays, and participate in on-call services
