About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Nursing Associate to join our Endoscopy team at University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent endoscopy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of endoscopy services, ensuring alignment with Trust objectives and standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Support the team in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to Trust policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Nursing Associate qualification and registration with the NMC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including Saturdays, and participate in on-call services when required.
  • Ability to travel between hospital sites, including Poole and Wimborne Hospital sites.
