Project Coordinator

Just Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the Technical Director and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Technical Director: Manage the Director's diary, expenses, and day-to-day tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of projects, including taking meeting minutes, liaising with stakeholders, and managing website projects.
- Administrative Tasks: Ensure all work is recorded on Jira and Confluence, maintain a consistent quality of work, and create weekly reports.
- Content Creation: Assist with content creation, department accounting, and expenses.
- Research and Testing: Conduct research tasks and software testing.
- Training and Development: Provide cross-department training.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an office environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- High level of English proficiency.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
