ROLE OVERVIEW
The firm is on the lookout for an Intermediate or Senior Employers Agent who will take charge of projects from inception through to completion.

At the Senior level, there will be opportunities to participate in business development and represent the company at networking events and meetings.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal Project Manager / Employers Agent should possess:
- A relevant degree in construction or a related field
- Experience as a Project Manager, Employers Agent, or Building Surveyor on the Consultancy or Client side
- Proficiency in managing projects within the Property and Building sectors
- Experience overseeing projects valued up to £5 million
- Strong communication and client-facing abilities
