About the Role
This leading healthcare organisation in mental health, addiction, and substance misuse is seeking an ambitious Doctor to head up their medical practice. As the Medical Lead, you will oversee clinical work with a multidisciplinary team (MDT) of healthcare professionals, including nurses, pharmacy technicians, and healthcare assistants. You will work collaboratively, promoting effective leadership and operational management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the medical team in providing high-quality clinical care to patients with substance misuse issues.
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Collaborate with the MDT to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A medical degree and relevant postgraduate qualifications.
- Experience in substance misuse treatment and management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Excellent clinical and problem-solving skills.
