Our client is a leading provider of Property Management services, based in the UK, looking to hire an intermediate Service Charge Accountant / Assistant stepping up as follows:
- Initially office based to start, moving to hybrid (2 days from home) once settled and up to speed with systems/expectations
- Working alongside the wider accounts and property management teams dealing with the full cycle of Financial Services matters
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders and internal teams, acting as first point of contact for queries whilst keeping line managers and the wider property management function informed
- Using industry-standard software as the in-house CRM (exposure to this would be beneficial but full training can be provided for those with good general IT awareness)
- Daily/Monthly reconciliation of financial accounts
- Producing monthly/quarterly financial statements
- HMRC returns and reporting
- Providing financial data for year-end accounts/audit
- 1 years' experience in Financial Services essential (at any level)
- Starting salary up to £36k depending on experience
For the successful intermediate Service Charge Accountant / Assistant, remuneration will include a basic salary up to £36k to start alongside encouragement and funding for professional development and a genuine career path.
