**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join our high-performing Portfolio Delivery function at EMIS Group Plc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering multiple initiatives from initiation to BAU, ensuring quality and meeting agreed timescales and quality benchmarks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage risk, issue, and change, including risk mitigation, escalation, and reporting.
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and alignment of project work-streams with strategic business objectives and commercial priorities.
- Collaborate closely with customers and third-party suppliers to build trusted and credible relationships.
- Work closely with our LPMO function to govern effectively, report, and track progress.
- Manage scope and liaise with other areas of the business to identify dependencies.
- Contribute to a high-performing Portfolio Delivery team and actively encourage and drive continuous improvement.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead or similar role, with a pragmatic approach towards delivery.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and customers, building great relationships and demonstrating influencing and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of software development methods, techniques, and concepts, with a track record in delivering full-lifecycle projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing demands and changing priorities.
- Working knowledge of project methodologies, such as Agile, Kanban, SAFe, or Waterfall.
- Ability to operate with own initiative and work as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and happy working in a remote environment.
- Experience of using project reporting and/or Life Cycle Management tools, such as MS Project.
