The Role: Deputy Care Home Manager
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team at one of our residential care homes. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Care Home Manager to ensure the smooth running of the service and provide exceptional care to our residents.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of dedicated care staff
- Develop and implement person-centered care plans
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Promote a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff
- Manage daily operations and resources effectively
Your Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in managing a care team within a residential setting
- In-depth knowledge of support planning and care management principles
- A person-centered approach to care delivery
- Health and Social Care Level 4 Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
