About the Role

Hunter Gatherer Mental Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Psychiatric Nurse to join their Early Intervention team in Greater Manchester. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with professional Community Psychiatric Nurses to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care and support to individuals in need of mental health services.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop tailored interventions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current and valid registration with the NMC.
  • Proven experience in a CPN recovery role, with a strong focus on early intervention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
