We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Functional Skills Tutor to join our educational team at National Skills Agency. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our learners, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their personal and professional lives.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and motivate learners to achieve their full potential
* Develop and implement tailored learning plans that meet the needs and interests of our learners
* Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
* Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic and personal growth

Requirements

* Minimum Level 2 in Maths and English (GCSE grades 9 to 4, A* to C, or equivalent)
* Qualification in the specialist subject area of Functional Skills
* Proven track record of effective teaching within the subject specialism
* Level 5 teaching qualification or equivalent
* Ability to secure a clean, enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
