Join CRS in shaping the future of Buy-to-Let lending. We're seeking an experienced Underwriter to join our team and contribute to the development of our BTL proposition. As a key member of our underwriting team, you will be responsible for assessing new lending applications for risk and quality across the Buy-to-Let product set. Your expertise will be crucial in preparing detailed underwriting notes, approving and rejecting applications, and recommending credit proposals to the Head of Underwriting. Key responsibilities include:
* Assessing new lending applications for risk and quality across the Buy-to-Let product set
* Preparing detailed underwriting notes in support of credit proposals
* Approving and rejecting applications in line with policy

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a small team of underwriters to leverage capability and knowledge, and contribute to the development of our BTL strategy.
