Job Description

At Incremental, we're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team and drive strategic marketing activities for our Business Applications offering. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a plan of integrated marketing activities for Business Applications, leveraging deep marketing and industry knowledge and cutting-edge strategies.
  • Work predominantly within the Strategic Marketing area, focusing on key vertical industries and external strategic Partners, especially Microsoft, to create engaging content, drive outbound campaigns, and implement account-based marketing strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to promote Business Applications and its benefits, and drive customer engagement and relations, via account-based marketing, social online presence, events, speaking opportunities, and sponsorships.
  • Understand the partner ecosystem, especially the Microsoft business and relationship, to continue to drive and grow our collaboration and coordinated marketing activities with them and other key strategic partners.
  • Work across the group marketing team to share best practice, synergies, and opportunities, and to ensure we have the right marketing processes and tools in place.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in Marketing in B2B companies.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing projects, campaigns, and activities, including content generation and copywriting, and generating leads/demand through outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in customer engagement and relations, including account-based marketing & events.
  • Experience working with partners and Marketing Development Funds.
  • Experience with or understanding of Microsoft is helpful.
  • Working with management, planning, and reporting tools.
  • Working with CRMs and marketing automation tools.
  • Working with webinar platforms.
  • Knowledge of social media channels and platforms and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is helpful.
  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems is helpful.
  • Resilience, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Project management skills, with ability to see projects through to the end.
  • Flexible, agile approach, able to adapt as required by the business.
