About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Parogon Group.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and drink experiences to our guests.

You will work closely with our General Manager and brigade to develop and implement menus, manage kitchen operations, and lead a team of culinary professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to quality and innovation
  • Lead a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional food and drink experiences
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality
  • Collaborate with our General Manager to achieve business objectives
What We Offer

We offer a competitive package that includes:

  • Up to £15 per hour (approx. £2900 every 4 weeks or £38,000 per year)
  • Bonus up to 20% of your basic (approx. £7600)
  • Shared Service charge that works out on average to £7,000
  • Total Potential Package = £52,600 per year
