Accounts and Administration Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at Reed Coventry. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the transactional side of our company accounts, working closely with our Managing Director and auditors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales ledger, including credit control and invoicing
- Monitor cash flow and manage expenses
- Set up and manage supplier accounts
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with purchase ledger and other financial tasks as required

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a multi-skilled accounts role
- Experience with Sage accounting software is highly desirable
- AAT qualification is also desirable
- A customer-focused personality with excellent communication skills
