About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Executive to join our team at Trust Payments. As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Commercial Teams, Partnership Teams, and Account Management Teams with sales cycle support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage CRM applications, perform initial assessments, onboard, and quality check for underwriting.
  • Ensure documents align with Merchant Acceptance Policies, demonstrating attention to detail.
  • Update Underwriters rapidly to support quick turnaround times.
  • Regularly check CRM Platform queues and ensure that Sales/Partners/Account Managers are actively contacting Partner/Merchants so applications go live quickly.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance team adaptability.
  • Attend pipeline and underwriting company calls, offering feedback to support onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on Boarding/Billing processes as needed.
  • Handle assigned action tickets in Zendesk, ensuring timely completion within SLAs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, representing the Trust Payments brand.
  • Process Requests for Change forms (RFCs) for Merchants/Partners within SLA and follow up on outcomes.
  • Provide regular reports on achievements and sharing feedback to management.
  • Attend meetings with Support team to review priorities and training needs.
Requirements
  • Prepared for some ad hoc travel between Trust Payments locations.
  • Dedicated and driven self-starter with professional office environment experience.
  • Payments experience, not essential but preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and engage to meet objectives.
  • High levels of focus and attention to detail.
  • Team player with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Experience of Zendesk and CRMs, not essential but preferred.
  • Good Proficiency in written and spoken English (other languages considered an asset).
