Salary: Up to £46,500 per annum, dependent on experience plus 5% annual performance-based bonus

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineering Supervisor to lead our maintenance engineering team. The successful candidate will have a background in maintenance engineering with management or supervisory experience and a passion for hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the maintenance engineering team to ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.

Requirements:
