Land and Measured Building Surveyor

Are you a skilled Land and Measured Building Surveyor looking for a new challenge? Carrington West is seeking a talented individual to join their team in Manchester to work on a variety of projects in different sectors.

This role involves independently completing topographical and measured building surveys, processing raw survey and CAD data, undertaking site inspections, and completing risk assessments. You will be based out of the Manchester office and work office hours Monday - Friday, with site hours varying and occasional weekend working and staying away required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing land and measured building surveys to a high standard.
  • Processing raw survey and CAD data.
  • Undertaking site inspections and risk assessments.
  • Working independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of experience working in the surveying industry.
  • Previous experience completing land and measured building surveys.
  • Experience processing raw survey data and CAD data to a high working standard.
  • Full UK Driver's License and Right To Work in the UK.
