Land and Property Surveyor

Carrington West is seeking a skilled Land and Property Surveyor to join their team in Manchester. As a key member of the Engineering Surveying team, you will be responsible for completing topographical and measured building surveys, processing raw survey and CAD data, and undertaking site inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct land and measured building surveys to a high standard
  • Process raw survey and CAD data to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Undertake site inspections to identify potential risks and hazards
  • Complete risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of experience working in the surveying industry
  • Previous experience completing land and measured building surveys
  • Experience processing raw survey data and CAD data to a high working standard
  • Knowledge of traversing and GPS control networks
  • Full UK Driver's License and Right To Work in the UK
