Role Summary:

As a Geospatial Survey Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include conducting measured building surveys, geospatial surveys, and setting out activities, along with processing field data to meet established standards.

This role necessitates effective communication with multiple stakeholders and strict compliance with health, safety, and quality protocols.

Key Duties:
Represent the organization professionally as a Geospatial Survey Specialist.
Comply with all health, safety, quality, and environmental responsibilities as per company policies.
Ensure your own safety and that of others impacted by your work.
Adhere to transport and driving policies.
Communicate effectively on-site and with office personnel.
Conduct measured building surveys, geospatial surveys, setting out, and data processing according to specific guidelines.
Maintain equipment in optimal working condition, ensuring it is calibrated and suitable for use.
Transfer site data to the server upon completion.
Deliver technical outputs to standard and within deadlines.
Perform site visits and liaise directly with clients.
Promote the company and engage with client representatives as necessary.

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Geospatial Survey Specialist:
Guide and develop junior surveyors, providing mentorship and support.
Ensure the quality of drawing standards through regular evaluations.

Candidate Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:
Pro Qual Level 3 Diploma in Engineering Surveying (optional).
Full UK driver's licence.
IOSH Safe Supervision of Geotechnical Sites or equivalent.
CSCS qualification.
Proficient in AutoCAD and LSS.
Minimum of 5 years' experience for Senior Geospatial Survey Specialist roles.
