Position Overview:
As a Field Utility Specialist, your responsibilities will include performing site operations and processing field data to adhere to established standards.
This position necessitates effective communication with various stakeholders and strict compliance with health, safety, and quality protocols.Core Responsibilities:
Act as a representative of the company in your role, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Comply with health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations as outlined by company policies.
Ensure personal health and safety, as well as that of others impacted by your work.
Follow transportation and driving policies and procedures.
Communicate efficiently both on-site and with office personnel.
Conduct surveying, clearance, tracing, and data processing according to specified guidelines.
Maintain equipment in optimal working condition, ensuring it is calibrated and ready for use.
Transfer site data to the server upon completion.
Deliver technical outputs to the required standards and timelines.
Perform site assessments and interact directly with clients.
Promote the company and foster strong client relationships.
Additional Responsibilities for Senior Field Utility Specialist:
Guide and develop junior surveyors, offering mentorship and support.
Ensure the quality of drawing standards through regular evaluations.
Candidate Profile:
Essential Qualifications:
QCF / NVQ Level 3 in Utility Tracing.
Full UK driver's licence.
IOSH Safe Supervision of Geotechnical Sites or equivalent.
CSCS qualification.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
A minimum of 5 years of experience for Senior Field Utility Specialist roles.
