Costa Coffee is on a mission to inspire the world to love great coffee. We're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Barista Maestro. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for leading by example, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

As a Barista Maestro, you'll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, work closely with our team, and contribute to the success of our store. You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading shifts and supporting your colleagues in delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Maximizing sales and revenue through effective people management and inventory control
  • Training and developing new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Staying up-to-date with new recipes and products, and sharing your knowledge with the team
  • Driving high standards of quality and customer satisfaction

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, people, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll need:

  • Reliability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A desire to take on shared responsibility and contribute to the success of the store
  • A love of learning and a willingness to develop new skills
  • A flexible approach and a can-do attitude
