About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Barista Maestro to take on a leadership role within our team. As a Barista Maestro Team Lead, you'll be responsible for supporting your colleagues in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and demonstrate a passion for coffee and customer service
  • Train and develop new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Work closely with the store management team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
  • Ensure high standards of quality and customer service are maintained at all times
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
