Golf Club Bar Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team at Conwy Golf Club. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all bar operations, working closely with our existing Bar Supervisor, Head Chef, and Club Bookings Co-ordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and communicate weekly staff schedules with the joint supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Ensure weekly and daily checklists are completed by bar staff.
  • Ensure all bar team members adhere to systems and procedures.
  • Ensure all stock is rotated and stored in a safe manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and his team to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a private members club or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of bar operations and procedures.
