Job Summary

Premier Group Recruitment is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our client's quality assurance and control processes in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and quality reviews to identify areas for improvement and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and drive corrective and preventive actions to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and procedures to ensure a culture of excellence.
  • Prepare quality reports and present findings to senior management to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager within a manufacturing environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (BEng, HND, CQI, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of quality standards and regulations (ISO 9001, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to drive a culture of excellence.
  • Proficiency with quality management systems and tools to ensure efficient processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain high-quality standards.
