Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Programme Management Lead to join our team at GSK. As a key member of our Programme Management team, you will be responsible for leading the Advanced Scheduling Programme, a critical component of our GSK Smart Manufacturing 2030 programme.

About the Role

The Programme Management Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive programme plan, ensuring alignment of objectives and integration of the transformation programme across multiple functional areas. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Scheduling Process Owners, Tech teams, Procurement, Global Capital Project, Finance, Supply chain transformation programme, Site Logistics / Scheduling / Operations, and multiple third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive programme plan, with a focus on value to delivery, distilling complexities across various functional areas into realistic yet ambitious project execution plans.
  • Collaborate with GSC cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of objectives and integration of the transformation programme.
  • Ensure that detailed project and workstream plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, cost/spend control mechanisms are in-place, with clear expectations of the standard of the outcomes, and de-risked.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability across the Leads/PMOs from the multi-function/vendor team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a supply chain or technical field related to life sciences.
  • Programme management skills/qualifications, with direct experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, particularly supply chain management, site functional management.
  • Technology solution deployment programme management experience.
