Eurocell PLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Branch Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will be responsible for leading by example, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, company policies, and procedures
  • Assist with stocktakes, audits, and maintenance records for branch vehicles
  • Conduct branch housekeeping and front-of-house operations
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably in a trade or builders merchant environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driving license and FLT license (desirable)
