  • Investigate and resolve incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to prevent future incidents.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to restore service and minimize disruption to business operations.
  • Play a key role in stabilizing systems and transitioning them from the hypercare phase to business-as-usual operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in incident management, preferably in high-pressure or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with incident management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Working Arrangements

This role will require the successful candidate to work on-site 2 days per week in Leeds, and may require some out-of-hours work.
