Job Title: Lead Gardener - Amenity Landscaping

We are seeking a skilled and experienced gardener to lead our team in providing high-quality gardening services to clients in North London and Hertfordshire.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in gardening and horticulture, with experience in leading a team and managing projects. They will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the gardening team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that clients are satisfied with the services provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team of gardeners in providing gardening services to clients
  • Manage and maintain gardens, including pruning, weeding, and mulching
  • Operate equipment such as strimmers, mowers, and hedge cutters
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and report any incidents
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license
  • Ability to lead a team and manage projects
  • Strong knowledge of gardening and horticulture
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Practical knowledge of how to manage and maintain a garden
