About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Communications Business Partner to join our team at Betway Group. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a critical role in shaping our internal communications strategy and ensuring that our employees are informed and engaged.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement internal communications campaigns to engage employees and promote our company culture.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to create compelling and effective communication materials, including emails, intranet content, and presentations.
  • Manage the global communications calendar and develop a master calendar framework to ensure timely and targeted communications.
  • Measure the effectiveness of communications and recommend improvements to optimize our internal communications strategy.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for internal events, including drafting copy for invitations and helping with on-the-day event management.
  • Support the wider Brand Marketing team with internal copy for sponsorship announcements and staff giveaways.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in an in-house Internal Communications role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Exceptional copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills, with demonstrated experience in tailoring messages for various audiences in our company tone of voice.
  • Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional and global teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals.
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations.
  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders, drawing out key insights and relevant information.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience managing a SharePoint intranet site.
  • Membership of a professional body, such as IOIC or CIPR.
  • Experience in driving a strategy for leadership visibility across multiple channels.
  • Knowledge of online sports betting and the casino industry.
  • Experience in working in a regulated industry.
  • Experience in developing and supporting change initiatives.
