Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Ensuring the exterior of the site is maintained in a clean and orderly condition, including general external maintenance duties
  • Assisting the facilities team in managing contractor processes, ensuring compliance with site policies
  • Opening and/or closing the building as required
  • Representing our organization and upholding a positive brand image
  • Adhering to Health & Safety regulations
