Key Responsibilities:
As a Care Team Leader, your role will include:
  • Overseeing a team of Care Assistants to ensure adherence to established protocols
  • Creating, implementing, and maintaining personalized care and support plans
  • Facilitating effective communication with residents and their families
  • Encouraging residents to achieve their highest level of independence
  • Ensuring the efficient implementation of all administrative processes

Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will possess:
  • An NVQ/QCF Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or a commitment to obtain this qualification)
  • Experience in team management within a similar setting
  • Outstanding communication skills

This position is well-suited for individuals with experience as a Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator, Care Manager, or similar roles seeking a new challenge.
