Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall running of a nursing home, ensuring high standards of care and resident satisfaction.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of care professionals, providing clinical guidance and training.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for residents.
  • Lead quality assurance and champion resident wellbeing, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience as a Registered Nurse with a current PIN on the NMC register.
  • Management experience with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven experience of Good or outstanding CQC inspections from previous roles.
  • A respectful and kind communication style.
  • Knowledge and training in safeguarding assignments.
