We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at Akari Care. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care home and delivering exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care
  • Experience of working in the healthcare sector
  • Management/leadership experience and qualification (desirable)
  • NMC registration with an active PIN
  • A caring and compassionate nature with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
