About the Role

As a Sales Administrator, you will be a pivotal part of our vibrant Uddinngston team and its success. You will be responsible for building and developing relationships with customers to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue growth.

We are looking for a team player with strong communication skills and customer service experience. Ideally, you will have a background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or a trade counter environment, but full training will be provided.

We support our customers to ensure they have all the parts, spares, and tooling they need to operate, as well as working hard to ensure we obtain the best deals with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering phones and responding to client requests and enquiries
  • Keeping track of back orders and inventory
  • Drafting and mailing customer correspondence and newsletters
  • Supporting the operational teams
What We Need
  • Team Player: Strong team skills and the ability to interact well with customers and colleagues
  • Strong Communication: Demonstrates the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with a wide range of customers and colleagues
  • Customer Service experience and from a manufacturing/MRO/PPE background
