Senior Administrator

Emtec Building Services are a national contractor with a highly skilled in-house workforce of mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineers and much more and we truly believe that our people are our greatest asset. Emtec Building Services are growing and with an impressive pipeline of work already secured we are seeking a
** Senior Administrator** to join our Estimating team at our
**HQ in Uddingston.**

**The Role**
- Provide quality administrative support to the wider Estimating team
- Working closely with the Managing Director and estimators to co-ordinate workload
- Effectively communicate with Internal and External stakeholders
- Manage and maintain the sales database - Salesforce.
- Keep the estimating workload tracker and record sheets up to date.
- Maintain estimating calendar, manage diaries for tender settlements.
- Support with marketing, hospitality and client events when required.

**What we are looking for**
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Effective communication, time management and organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and use own initiative.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft office package.

**It would be great if you have**
- Previous experience in Mechanical and Electrical services.
- Previously used Salesforce
- Experience of Estimation software packages
