Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of lifeguards
  • Ensure the safety of customers and staff
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool area
  • Set up and prepare equipment for pool operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Deal with customer queries and concerns
  • Support the team with daily tasks and activities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a lifeguard or in a related role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures
  • First aid and CPR certification
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
