About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Plot Conveyancer to join our Plot Sales team in Guildford. As a Plot Conveyancer, you will be responsible for handling a range of plot conveyancing files, using our CRM to keep files organized, and communicating with clients throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 50+ plot conveyancing files
- Utilize our CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date file information
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and efficient communication
- Liaise with developers, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and industry partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in plot conveyancing
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in conveyancing, with a proven track record of handling a caseload with minimal supervision
- Ability to think strategically and prioritize tasks effectively
