Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures.
  2. Establish and monitor systems for identifying, managing, and mitigating health and safety risks.
  3. Provide ongoing training and development to ensure health and safety awareness and compliance.
  4. Conduct regular health and safety audits to ensure compliance with statutory and legislative requirements.
  5. Collect, analyze, and report on health and safety data to inform business decisions.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and safety matters and engage with external agencies and regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
  1. NEBOSH Diploma (H&S) or equivalent qualification.
  2. Membership of a relevant health and safety professional organization (e.g., IOSH, IIRSM).
  3. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role and environment.
  4. Proven experience in developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
  5. In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislative requirements within the UK and ROI.
  6. Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office packages.
  7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively.
  8. Excellent communication skills to present complex information clearly.
